TERMS & CONDITIONS
1) COMMUNICATION
Due to sessions, competitons and travel please allow up to 24 hours (at the latest) for responses.
2) EXPECTATIONS OF CLIENTS
Being that we are working together as a team we strongly encourage transparent communication between coach and client. Please trust the process and give a full commitment to adhering to plan.
3) CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance of a scheduled session. Sessions cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged in full to the client.
4) LATE ARRIVALS
Each session shall be 1 hour in length. Sessions will not be extended (unless time is available) due to the lateness of the client or due to interruptions caused by the client.
5) CHECK-INS
Please be APPROPRIATELY clothed for check-in pictures (please no nudity). It is our expectation that everyone does their part by making sure all checkins are submitted by the agreed day and time.
6) CONTEST PREP
Includes workout plan, nutrition and supplement guidance/modifications and a weekly one on one workout (when client is in same city).
7) ONLINE CLIENTS
Clients in the same city may have a 1x1 session as a check-in when time and schedule permits.
8) PACKAGE DETAILS
Eight sessions packages and above includes workout plan and guidance/suggestions with supplements and nutrition at discounted rate. Please schedule within six weeks of initial session. (Please consult your healthcare practitioner prior to using any producs recommended by us or anyone else).
9) PAYMENT IS REQUIRED UP FRONT
After auto draft is set up there is a $15 discount. No refunds (including services provided and/or scheduled)
10) ALL THE INFORMATION I HAVE GIVEN IS CORRECT
