Chapter House Sublease Release Request
Per the terms of the executed Chapter House Room Sublease, the Tenant understands that if he were to resign, leave, or is expelled from the Chapter for any reason before graduation from the University, the tenant voluntarily forfeits any interest in the tenant's Deposit. The tenant understands he will continue to be responsible for the full existing sublease expenses (rent, additional assessments, utilities, etc.) until this release request is fully executed as approved and the tenant moves out. Sublease expense charges will cease upon the execution of this sublease release request and adjustments to his account will be applied pro-rata except for any additional assessments from the actual occupancy term such as utilities of previous dates or move out damage assessments. By way of submitting this form, you acknowledge that it is your responsibility to follow up with the chpater officers on their review of your submission. If chapter officer approval is not received via denial or incompletion, then you would not be released from the sublease in any facet.
