The application window for new membership for the 2023 calendar year will be held, March 1, 2023 through March 31, 2023. Vendors will be contacted with updates in early April. Please read the following information and fill out the below form for consideration.
PLEASE NOTE SUBMITTING THIS APPLICATION DOES NOT GUARENTEE ACCEPTANCE. Please do not plan to attend a market day until you receive an official acceptance letter via email in April.
1. Any craft item must be handmade, foods and baked goods must be homemade from scratch, and produce/meat/eggs must be homegrown on the member’s farm/property. Proper licensing for sale of meats, eggs and/or non-cottage industry baked goods and foods must be provided upon acceptance.
2. A specially appointed committee juries all applications. Please submit no less than 3 photos of your products and/or display with this application. Applications received without photos will not be considered.
3. Upon acceptance, new vendors must fill out and sign a vendor contact and pay all fees before set-up. Fees may be paid with cash or check. The annual membership fee is $150.
4. Vendors wishing to sell Produce/Agricultural items (vegetable, fruit, plant, flower, tree, etc.) will be accepted outside the application window as approved by the jury committee and board of directors.
