EXHIBIT SPACE
Vendor spaces are limited and will be prioritized to local artisian vendors and artists. Spaces to set up are indoors within designated areas of the Mosaic. All applications will be reveiwed to ensure the event has broad range for the public to enjoy. An acceptance or denial email will be sent within 48 hours, and payment will be due to secure vendor space.
Vendors must bring their own 6ft table, chairs and anything else they may need. Outlets are limited, please don't count on one.
PAYMENT AND DEADLINE
Each vendor space is $50 per event. Events are weather permitting. Payments are non refundable but can be used as credit towards next event. Payment is due within 48 hours of application acceptance to secure vendor space.
WAIVER
Vendor agrees to waive any and all claims of whatever nature against The Locals Mix, LLC, and Mosaic POA.
RELEASE
Vendor grants permission and an unconditional release of any photographs, video or motion pictures and/or verbal or written statements for use by the promoters of the event for any legitimate purposes including, but not limited to, publicity, promotions, fundraising and/or websites.
RULES AND REGULATIONS
No Street Parking Permitted. Set up starts 4:00pm and area must be clear by 8:00pm for each event. Vendors will receive a detailed setup and unloading instructions the week prior to event. A The Locals Mix, LLC representative will instruct you to your space upon arrival. We will allow a minimum of 6 feet between each vendor.
Vendors must treat fellow artists, staff and volunteers with respect or risk being removed from the event without a refund. There will be no location negotiation on the day of the event.
The Locals Mix, LLC had the right to accept or deny vendor exhibits when they do not adhere to rules or do not display artwork/crafts as described in the application. The staff of The Locals Mix has the right to close any exhibit not compliant immediately without a refund.
Outdoor space only-tents and tables required. Exhibitor booths shall be open until 7pm night of each event without exception. Vendors may begin to dismantle and clean their space at 7:00pm, and must be fully dismantled by 8:00pm each event night.
Each vendor is responsible for the security of their space and insurance (if they choose to have it) for all goods on exhibit, the exhibit space, and any other items places within their exhibit area during the event. Event cannot be held responsible for any circumstance that may result in loss or damage.
Exhibit area is outdoors, certain areas will be specifically assigned. No other areas other than what has been assigned may be used except those specified by the Event. Vendor must agree to park as directed by staff.
Vendors will be held legally and financially responsible for all damages to grounds or other property caused by themselves or their employees.
All items displayed and sold must be original work created by the artist and owned by the artist. The artist agrees that the work displayed is their own intellectual property and not in violation of any copyright laws.
We ask that vendors follow current CDC guidelines.
