Saints Promise

All incoming students are automatically enrolled into the Saints Promise Program which has them complete 3-4 career readiness tasks each year from Freshman to Senior year to support positive post-graduation outcomes.

Resume/Cover Letter Help

Go over the basic structure of each document, the differences of how they are used, and the do's and don'ts in design and content included.

Interview Etiquette

Discuss the importance of first impressions, do's and don'ts in preparing for and completing an interview, including the follow up basics.

Define and outline the value of building social capital and having an intentional online prescene that reflects professionalism.

Steps to Obtaining an Internship

Demonstrating how to use the virtual career center and its various features like current market trends, career planning and development, job searches, and more.

TypeFocus (includes Myers Briggs assessment)

This tool analyses the student's career competencies and provides a brief look at their personality traits and what that means in relation to work dynamics.

MoneyEDU (financial literacy tool)

Offers several financial topic modules students can complete. Example topics are budgeting, investing, retirement, mortgages, and more.

Vocation Workshop

Helps student explore their strengths, passions, and values and prompts the student to reflect on how they support and impact their personal, professional, and educational goals within their life journey.

Authenticity Quotient (DEI workshop)

Helps students to deeply explore their strengths and values that make them unique. Explains how these can support their professional persona.
