Children 12 yrs & under MUST be accompanied by an adult.

4 yrs & under are free of charge, but their activities will be limited.

 

Includes:

• Friday & Saturday night accommodations in Cabins with A/C & heater, and bunk beds.
• 4 Meals - Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner on Saturday, and Breakfast on Sunday (eat before you get there on Friday!)
• Camp T-Shirt (register by noon on Feb 15th to guarantee a shirt)
• Canoeing, Team Building/Field Day Activities, Archery, Rifles, Zip Line Campfire & Outdoor Movie
• Training for the weekend with Senior Instructors

*1 Hour Horseback riding trail is an additional $30 and you must register ahead of time. You MUST wear closed-toe shoes & long pants if you plan to participate in Horseback Riding. The employees at Camp Cullen will not allow us to ride without closed-toe shoes & long pants.

Training sessions will include fun topics like Ground Fighting, Escrima Sticks, and Combination Drills for Sparring (gear is not needed).

We allow many hours of "fun time" with your family and other karate families.

Make this a weekend for the entire family. All activities are included for family members. 

Check-In is 6:00pm or later on Friday, Check out is 11:00am on Sunday.

*Transportation is NOT provided to and from Camp.*

A $30 Deposit (non refundable)is due at time of registration to hold your space at camp.  The deposit will be applied to the cost of your camp.  T-Shirts are only guaranteed for students that register by 12pm on Friday, Feb 10th.  The balance is due no later than Friday, Feb 24th (one week before camp).  You must cancel by Friday, February 24, 2023, or full cost is due.

All Boy Cabins and All Girl Cabins make it easier for restroom accomodations.  But we understand that some families want to be together.  Please select below your cabin preference.

VERY IMPORTANT:

We will email you a link to fill out a Camp Cullen Waiver. This must be completed to attend camp.

 

Directions:  For students coming from the Houston area, we recommend going Hwy 59 N to Livingston, then towards Trinity, TX instead of I-45 (your navigation may suggest I-45, but traffic seems to be worse)

Authorization for Emergency Medical Treatment:

In the event that I cannot be reached to make arrangements for emergency medical attention, I authorize The Karate School, or Camp Cullen directors or employees to take myself, and/or above participants to the nearest available facility for medical treatment.  I give my consent for necessary emergency treatment.

I give permission for the above participant to participate in the Annual Training Camp, held at Camp Cullen in Trinity, TX.  I realize that everyone involved will do everything in their power to protect the participants during the activities, however; I will not hold them responsible and waive all claims against The Karate School, The Davis Karate Schools, Inc., Camp Cullen, all the instructors, employees, and adults involved for any accidents that may occur during these times.
