By signing, permission granted for participant(s) to be included in pictures and punblicly connected to the BCC, Becker Community Center, with no compensation to me. All pictures and video remain the porperty of the BCC.

I agree to release the Becker Community Center, City of Becker, their employees and their leaders, of all liability related accidents and incidents or injuries which myself or member of my family might incur while participating in the activity or event. If necessary, I authorize the Becker Community Center to administer first aid and/or authorize medical treatment if it becomes necessary. Participants are not covered in the Becker Community Center or the City of Becker's insuarnce policy.
COST: Early Bird fee before March 3rd 2023 is $12 per person

COST: After March 3rd 2023 is $15 per person

Event is from 7:30pm-9:30pm

Arcade will remain open for the event
