    In the second of a series of 2022-23 member-only webinars, Kay Tomlinson and Anne O’Callahan from the AARP-WA Speakers Bureau will present the Six Pillars of Brain Health on Thursday, February 2 at 9:00 am.  In this hour-long, interactive session you will learn about the six pillars of a brain-healthy lifestyle. Discover how living an active life – by learning more, being social, staying fit, eating right, getting enough sleep and managing stress – can support brain health. This session will provide you with actionable steps you can take along with resources to learn more. To be sure, it’s never too late to improve how the brain works!
