Minor players born in 2005, 2006 or 2007 or later are required to apply to play games with men's or women's teams or leagues. Prior to games being played, parental approval is required to be obtained as well as their Minor Coordinator

Steps for once the submission has been received
1. Completed submission will be sent to the appropriate Minor Coordinator for approval.

2. The Minor Coordinator will then forward the approval/denial back to the consenting parent and to the Men's and Women's Coordinator.

3. The Men's and Women's Coordinator will forward the approval to the appropriate Men's and Women's league/association to be kept on file for future reference.
