• Before you Book:

  • The following list includes restrictions to your facial:


    •Have had facial waxing in the last 24 hours from appointment time.

    •Have had dermaplaning, botox, injectables in the last 7 days from appointment day.

    •Have had chemical peels, micro blading, micro needling in the last 2 weeks from appointment day.

    •have open wounds day of service.

    •Have a sunburn day of service.

    •Have been on accutane, chemotherapy, raditation in the last 6 months from appointment day.

  •    POLICY 

    • upon booking an appointment you must provide a card on file, this card is only charged in the case of any same day cancelations. If for some reason the credit card on file declines, you will be provided with an invoice to pay prior to scheduling a future appointment.


    •Consent form signed day of service.

    •Before & after photos are taken During each session soley for medical records.


    •Must be 18+


    •If arriving to appointment with an extra guest, please let me know ahead of time.

    •If you're looking to book on a specific date/time but not available you are able to join the waitlist on the booking site.

    CANCELLATION / LATE

    • No-shows or appointments with no prior contact will be charged the full service fee.

    • Same day cancellations will incur a non-refundable $50 fee. Please reschedule at least 24 hours before your scheduled service.


    • if appointment is not confirmed before the day of service, it will be canceled.


    • 15 minutes late = canceled appointment.
    this will result in a $50 non refundable fee.


    *Online bookings that hold appointment slots and reschedule more then 3 times in a row will be denied future online bookings.

     

    PRODUCTS RETURN POLICY

    we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order,or unhappy with a product, you may request a partial refund within 5 days of the delivery date. Please note that returned opened products must be sent back to us in order to receive your refund.Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.

    Damaged or Incorrect Items
    •If you receive items that are damaged or shipped incorrectly, we will gladly replace or exchange them at no additional cost to you. To initiate a return for damaged or incorrect items, please provide proof of the damaged product (e.g., photos) within 5 days of the delivery date.


    Sealed Products
    •You can return fully sealed products for a full refund within 15 days of the delivery date.To process your return, please ensure that the products are unopened and in their original packaging.
