Submit New Intake Form
If you live in King County or City of Seattle and need rent assistance, complete the Rent Assistance Intake Form to be added to the new waitlist for Rent Assistance and Eviction Prevention.
Visit www.uwkc.org/renthelp and fill out the Client Intake Form at the top of the page to get on our waitlist. We randomly select tenants from our waitlist on a bi-weekly basis to formally apply for rent assistance.
Selections take place every other week and you will be notified by phone and email if you are selected. Being selected does not guarantee eligibility.
Once you submit an Intake form you will receive a confirmation email with the subject: "Confirmation: Rental Assistance Client Intake Form". Please keep this for your records.
NOTE: Submit only ONE Intake Form per household. Once you've applied, we will keep you in our waitlist until you are selected. Submitting more than one Intake Form does not increase your chance of being selected.
