  • Dakine Repair Service

    Thank you for contacting Dakine and apologies that your gear is not holding up. Unfortunately, Dakine does not offer any repair services. Most of our customers have had success getting their item repaired by a local seamstress or through a luggage repair shop, depending on the item that needs repair. Hopefully you are able to get your item repaired locally and can continue using it for years to come.

  • Dakine Warranty Information

    Here are some things to know about Dakine’s warranty:

    If you feel your product has failed within the warranty period*, the next step is to fill out a warranty claim found at this link - www.dakine.com/pages/request-warranty

    *Before you take the time to submit your claim, be sure to visit this page www.dakine.com/pages/warranty to see if your issue is covered. All our products have varying warranty periods and eligibility issues so you will want to be sure your product is still under warranty before submitting a claim.

    Dakine Warranty is only available for residents of the US and Canada. Residents of other countries are not eligible to submit a warranty claim.

  • Dakine Equipment

    Includes: Luggage, Travel Bags, Backpacks, Vests, Gloves, Hats, Socks, Surf Leashes, Protective Gear, Pick Up Pads, Tools and other Accessories

    Does not include: Coats, Jackets, Shirts, Shorts, Pants, Camping Equipment, Pet Products

     

    Dakine Clothing

    Includes: Coats, Jackets, Shirts, Shorts, and Pants only.

    Does not include: Hats, Gloves, or Socks.

  • Information about modifying your order.

    Our warehouse processes orders very quickly and even orders that were recently submitted are already being processed and cannot be cancelled or modified in any way. If you ordered the incorrect item, the best option is to place a new order for the correct item and return the incorrect item for a refund.

    If you need to change the shipping address, UPS might have the answer for you. UPS My Choice is a service from UPS that allows the recipient to make a host of changes to their incoming delivery including changing the delivery address.   • When submitting a ticket regarding an item missing from your order, please attach a photo of the packing slip that was included with your shipment.

  • When submitting a ticket regarding an item that was received damaged or defective, an image of the damaged or defective area is required. Please attach.
