Registration Instructions (Please read carefully before you fill in the form)

1. Please fill in the form below.
2. There is a tickbox to select a race class. Please select a CORRECT class. Racer's class is based by BIRTH DATE on the RACE DATE.
3. Please take note that this is a 2-day event. Kindly refer the RACE SCHEDULE below.
4. Strider Malaysia reserves the rights to modify the terms and conditions here in applicable to the Strider Cup @ Pavilion Bukit Jalil, and/or terminate this event without prior notice or further reference to any party.
5. For verification purpose, you are required to bring along the participant’s MyKid or passport.
6. Registration will be closed by 11.59pm on FRIDAY, 3rd FEBRUARY 2023.
7. Strider Malaysia decision is FINAL and no correspondence will be entertained.

Payment Instructions

1. Registration fee is RM85 per category for Malaysian and USD22 per category for international participant (payment via PayPal).
2. Make a payment to UOB Bank (Account name: F&H International Sdn Bhd / Account no.: 1413008609).
3. For international participant, please make a payment via PayPal account to paypal.me/stridermalaysia
4. Registration fee must be made BEFORE filled up the online form.
5. Submit your payment.

• 6-7 years old (14x Strider Bike)

SUNDAY, 19th February 2023

• 4 years old (12" Strider Bike)
• 5 years old (12" Strider Bike)
• 4-5 years old (14x Strider Bike)

PARENT'S INFORMATIONS

Please choose the RIGHT size as our size chart in the description.

Please read all text below, then you can tick the box.

1. I confirm that I am the parent or legal guardian of the participant.

2. Parents or guardians are responsible for complying with all rules.

3. Only Genuine Strider® Balance Bikes are permitted to race.

4. All riders must have their own Strider Bike. No sharing of bikes is allowed.

5. On day of the event, I am required to bring my child’s Strider bike for bike inspection at the registration counter. Any harmful accessories are required to be remove before entering the race or else the participation will be disqualified.

6. During this event, I will obey all rules, regulations, and guidance set by the organiser.

7. I accept full responsibility for any such injuries or damages which may occur to Parent or Participant on or about the premises or area under control of Releasees. I assume full responsibility for any injuries, damages or losses which may occur to Parent or Participant and forever releases and discharges Releasees and their owners, employees, and agents from any and all claims and/or damages.

8. By participating this event, I am consent of my personal data being processed by the organiser and the sponsors for future events and/or promotions and note that I may exercise my rights under the Personal Data Protecion Act.

9. I permit free use of images and videos taken by the event organiser and media staff for publicity and advertisements and will not claim rights, such as personal portrait rights, to refuse publicity of these photographs.

10. In case of cancellation or changes to the events due to natural disasters, incidents, or accidents, I agree under any circumstances not to claim refund of participation fee.

11. During this event, I will be responsible for personal belongings, and I understand that organiser of the event, other participants, or event staff will not be held accountable for loss or damage of these belongings.

12. I will dedicate myself to the prevention of heat illnesses. And, I will check my child’s body temperature in the morning of the day of the event and will not allow him/her to participate in the event in case of fever or other health issues.
