    We are excited to invite you to participate in the 5th Annual Spring EGG-STRAVAGANZA Pop-Up Shop on Sunday, April 13, 2025. This highly anticipated Easter event promises to be bigger and better, and we'd love for your business to be a part of our anniversary celebration!

    Event Details:

    Date: Sunday, April 13, 2025


    Location: 200 N Church St, Palestine, TX 75801


    Event Time: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM


    Setup Time: 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM 

    No late arrivals – you will not be allowed to set up after 11:30 AM NO EXCEPTIONS 🚫


    Event Breakdown: Please refrain from breaking down your setup until after 4:00 PM (end of event).

    Utilize the last hour (4:00 PM – 5:00 PM) for breakdown preparation.


    Important Vendor Information:

    RSVP Early: There is a limit on the number of vendor spaces, so please RSVP as soon as possible to secure your booth. No table holds without payment.


    Vendor Fee: $100 until March 29, 2025.


    1 Table Per Vendor: Each vendor will receive one 6ft rectangular table and 2 chairs.

    Additional tables may be requested for additional fee $25 each.


    Mandatory Tablecloths: Vendors are responsible for providing their own tablecloths.


    Setup Accommodations: Every effort will be made to accommodate your setup. You may bring your own table if space permits.


    Egg Hunt Donation: All vendors are encouraged to donate eggs and candy for the Annual Egg Hunt.


    Important Reminders:

    No Late Setup: Please arrive on time to ensure a smooth setup process. Some vendors make sales during the setup time from 8:00 AM – 11:00 PM, so early arrival is encouraged!


    No Breakdown Before 4:00 PM: Please do not begin breaking down until after the event ends at 4:00 PM.

    Promotions:

    Please upload your business logo or email it to us so we can include it in promotional materials.


    Promotional vendor flyers will be sent after your participation is confirmed.


    Payment and Policies:

    Vendor fees are non-refundable and transferable. In the event of unfavorable weather, fees will be transferred to the rescheduled date.
