If there are any discrepancies after the Circle of Excellence firms have been published, firms can submit screenshot evidence of completion of a specific Circles of Excellence parameter to this form. The submission will be reviewed and approval or rejection will be confirmed through email by a VE staff member in 5-7 business days.

This form will close Nov 20th for Period 1 Review Requests.

Please note that not all Circles of Excellence Points are updated in real time.
