Membership Dues for the season are $80; $55 after Sept 1st. Make your check payable to LFWGA Nine-Hole and mail to Michele Shahbandeh at 3804 S Butternut Ave, Broken Arrow, OK 74012. NOTE: If you renewed your GHIN account directly with Oklahoma Golf Association, then pay only $50.

Our league's private Facebook Group is a great place to connect with other members. All new members will receive an invitation to join after your payment has been received.

I understand that:

• The annual dues in the amount of $80 covers my USGA/GHIN membership and will entitle me to play in the allotted Association tee times for the various games/tournaments on the schedule, and that prizes are provided for the winners from the dues collected.

• We follow the USGA standard of maximum strokes of double par.

• We generally use random pairings to increase the opportunity to meet new players.

• All players are expected to complete 9 holes in less than 2 1/2 hours. And that I must not be a contributor to slow play and will encourage my group to keep up with group ahead.

• I must make reservations by sending my request via email weekly or monthly to the Weekly Pairings Coordinator that will be identified each month via an email sent by the Communications Chair to all paid members. I will honor the sign-up deadline of 6PM Saturday night each week.

• Should I request a reservation and later need to cancel, I must do so as soon as possible by contacting the appropriate clubhouse and at least one of my scheduled playing partners.

• If I am not familiar with the rules of golf and the etiquette of the game, I will read the handout provided by the league.

• I understand that I am expected to be at the course and ready to play 30 minutes prior to my scheduled tee time.

• The membership list is private and should not be used for any marketing purposes.
