Ultimately, your success is determined by you. We provide the tools necessary for success, however, what each service provider does with them determines how they grow and maintain there clientele. Our goal is for you to have a long-term, rewarding career in the beauty industry. The Associate Program is a 6-9 month training program for licensed cosmetologists and, at this time, is limited to hair studies only. You will be working 1-on-1 with an Associate Trainer who will ensure you are excelling in Guest Experience, The 4 R’s (Retail, Referrals, Retention, & Rebook), and Technical Skills. You will start utilizing these skills almost immediately by taking friends and family during your Opportunity Shifts and business building through your Guest Service Expert Shifts. We do not have anyone sign a non-compete at any point in their employment. Prior to entering the Associate Program, you will be required to sign an Education Agreement which can be provided to you during your interview.
