Festival General Admission Hours: 3:30 - 7:00 PM

• Food truck vending fee: $150
• Market vendor fee: $200

APPLICATION

Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at the All Pints North Beer Fest! APN Vendors are invited to sell or sample wares*, educate, or recruit in our festival Marketplace. The Marketplace is open to attendees starting at 2:30 PM (and hour before the festival open). This application is for:

• food trucks and restaurants
• shops, stores, and artists
• educational and community organizations
• goods and services

 *Note: no alcoholic beverages can be sampled or sold by Marketplace Vendors!

Application is not a guarantee of placement; we will begin contacting businesses in the Spring with placement opportunities and may close registration early if we reach capacity. We will contact everyone by early May, regardless of whether we can offer placement. If offered a space, your payment guarantees you a spot. All vendor booth fees are due by Friday, May 12.

HEALTH AND SAFETY CONSIDERATIONS

APN will follow all local, state, and federal requirements for health and safety. There are currently no vaccination/test requirements for APN. If the community health situation changes, we may need to update this policy. All registered vendors will be informed of any changes as soon as possible. Following all APN health and safety guidelines is a requirement of participation in the festival. 

Please share your website and social media handles to be included in our social media promotion of our vendors. Note that if you do not include your handles, we will not be able to tag you.

Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully, and save them for your records.

Space Reservation, Set-up, Staffing & Tear-down:

Vendors may not assign or sublease their space to any person or entity. Vendors must be ready to serve guests between 2:30 - 7:00 PM. Vendor booths must be staffed at all times; in no instance can a booth be left unattended (unless product sells out). Vendors must be moved out no later than 8:00 PM.

Vendor is responsible for the orderly presentation of their exhibit and for cleaning within their exhibition space, as well as abiding by all rules and safety measures required by the festival.

Vendors are responsible for communicating all requirements for participation to the staff that will be working the festival. Vendor booths that do not abide by festival rules may be removed from the festival and barred from future festivals. 

Food/Beverage Samples and Sales: 

Under no circumstances may a vendor provide alcohol at their booth. Any vendor sampling or selling food/beverages must comply with all governmental regulations concerning the storage, preparation, and distribution of these items. Additionally, vendors must provide a hand-washing station in their booth or supply booth workers with rubber gloves and require them to be worn at all times that a worker may handle items intended for consumption. MNCBG reserves the right to terminate the distribution of any product if deemed necessary for public safety reasons.

Cancellation:
If an MNCBG event or any part of an MNCBG event is canceled or rescheduled, under no circumstances shall MNCBG be liable for costs or damages incurred by the vendor as a result of such cancellation or rescheduling.

Photography, Audio, and Video:
By signing this contract, the vendor grants MNCBG permission to photograph and/or record audio and/or video of booth and staff during any portion of set-up, festival, or tear-down. The vendor grants MNCBG a perpetual nonexclusive license to use this recorded content in MNCBG products and advertising.
