Please be sure the applicant meets the following requirements prior to filling out this application:
1. Participants must reside in Stafford County.
2. Participants will be in the 4th, 5th, 6th or 7th grade this fall. (Public , Private, Homeschool, etc.)
3. Participants must be available ALL five days. (The sessions are based on grade level and are not interchangeable.)
4. Transportation must be provided to and from the Sheriff's Office each day.
5. Camp drop off is no earlier than 8:45AM (8:30AM Monday) and pick-up is promptly at 3:00PM. An adult must sign each participant in and out each day. (ID will be required.)
6. An adult emergency contact must available by telephone every day during Academy hours.
7. A bag lunch must be provided from home each day.
8. The applicant must handwrite (Not Type) the reason they want to participate, which will be uploaded as part of this application
