- Owners should bring a long leash (not a retractable one), a harness, some yummy treats (please not their dog food but a treat they truly love and will work hard for), and a positive and calm attitude.
- Also, for safety reasons children cannot attend this class.
- Puppies must be between 3 and 6 months of age.
Release and Hold Harmless Agreement
In consideration for enrolling your pet in a Dog Days Daycare Center, LLC training
program, you hereby release and hold harmless Dog Days Daycare Center, LLC,
from any and all claims arising from our participation during this event.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Dog Days Daycare Center, its
owners, employees, and agents from any and all claims, costs, losses, suits and
damages, liabilities, expenditures or causes of action of any kind, which occur in
connection with this event.

Such indemnification will specifically include, but not be limited to, claims,
damages, losses, liabilities and expenses arising out of any or from (a) any act,
omission or default of Dog Days Daycare Center, its owners, employees and
agents, (b) any and all bodily injuries, sickness, disease or death, (c) injury to or
destruction of personal property, (d) and such other damages, liabilities or losses
received or sustained by any person or animal during or on account of any
operations connected with this event.
