Thank you for considering an internship with Mammoth Farms!
We are proud of the unique and immersive experience we offer at our farm and in the cannabis industry. Below is a bit of general information about what life as an intern at Mammoth Farms entails:
Hard work is essential at the farm during our growing season, therefore, there is potential for long hours mostly outside, but rarely over 40 hours per week.
During planting & harvesting we are at the mercy of Mother Nature and work on her schedule, meaning we occasionally work during the weekend and later in the evening depending on rain/wind/etc. Always be prepared!
Housing is provided at no cost; however, certain communal tasks are required to support the no-cost concept. Tasks include but are not limited to: cooking, cleaning and livestock care. Everyone pitches in to take care of the farm and support each other’s well-being.
Interns must start each day with a willingness to learn new skills, participate in tasks that are outside of their comfort level and have fun while doing it. If you’ve never worked on a farm, buckle up!
Teamwork is essential for achieving company goals. It is important you can work well with a diverse group, respect others and possess the ability to clearly communicate your ideas in a productive, positive way. Professional attitude and behavior at all times is required.
Interns must also be willing and able to obtain a MED Occupational Badge which is a requirement to participate in the internship program.
Thank you for your interest in Mammoth Farms, we look forward to hearing from you!
