Post Festival BreakDown- Saturday/Sunday 7/29-30
POST-FESTIVAL AVAILABILITY
Two options for post festival break down...
1) Saturday Night 7/29- late night shift
2) Sunday Morning 7/30- early morning shift
Choose at least one of these options to work less shifts during the event.
Housing, Meals, & Transportation not included
Must coordinate your own housing and transportation.
Breakdown will include moving boxes/materials, removing signage, assisting with decor & art gallery, taking down tables/chairs, repackaging materials, cleaning mats, sweeping/mopping, collecting trash, moving items to storage, taking inventory, relaying info to other team members, using a walkie talkie, joining our slack or discord for crew communications, and being on time as needed!
Breaks will be provided, but please plan to bring your own food/snacks! There will be some light snack items for purchase at the Retreat Center during daytime buisiness hours and free water bottle refil stations, but it might be more enjoyable to pack your own food or have your own transportation to the nearest restaurants/stores (20-40 min drive).
Saturday Late Night Shift starts right after the closing night party ends (10pm) and continues untill all items are stored propertly and removed from the Blue Moon Room. This would likely be a long shift for our crew and would appreciate all the help we can get, the estimated time being 4 hours but could be completed early as well with enough staff!
Sunday Morning Early Shift is 7am-11am. Final Touches on restoring and resetting the Blue Moon Room. Any remaining items removed or stored, matts removed/stored, and floors swept/mopped in time for the next event hosted by Kalani (Ecstatic Dance) that begins at 10:30am.
