Four of these 3 bedroom lodges have a Hot Tub, so check 1st for availability and £30 supplement per lodge.

 PRESTIGE "PLUS" LODGES TO VIEW PHOTOS

There are many variations

These lodges can have two or three bathrooms.

The Twin rooms can share one or two bathroom

The Large Single (Double) has ensuite bathroom

Some of these lodges have a Hot Tub, so check 1st for availability, do not assume it has one.

One bedroom lodges either come with a Double or Twin room option.

Two bedroom lodges come with a Double and Twin room.

SHARED STRANGER LODGES

For Males or Females only

Individual Singles/Pairs
Book on your own or with friend to share a room, choose options in same sex only Shared Stranger Lodges.

Our "Shared" lodges are divided with three bedrooms
These are known as "Stranger" Lodges, you do not have to gender balance, in lodges where people do not know each other.
Two friends can share a Twin room in Stranger Lodges, but they must be the same sex.

We never put strangers in the same bedroom.
Your booking confirmation will remind you what room you have booked.
You cannot take someone's else's room they have paid for when you arrive at Warmwell 2022, it is not on a 1st come basis like many other dance weekenders.

One person in a Large Room for one
(could be a large twin for one or double room. Always subject to availability)
(if you book the Prestige Lodge Double rooms {sta}, it has en suite)

Two persons in a Large Twin Room
(who know each other - we never place strangers together in same bedroom that happens at other weekenders)

One person in a Smaller Twin Room
(sole use for one person)

 

No gender balancing required in Stranger Lodges.

There are no single person lodges.

(2 held on Friday night, then all day Saturday & Sunday in two halls plus further workshop in 3rd hall plus our annual Sunday Pool Party)

* Towels & Bedding - A small selection Towels will be on each bed and all Bedding in Lodge included(based on numbers booked in each lodge) except for sofa bed. (you may wish to bring extra towels for personal use)

There are always more females who wish to book than men at dance weekender events, so we have to enforce Gender Balance Terms & Conditions.

Where there are two or more females than men in these Groups, they must find a "New" male each, who will book in to "Male stranger lodges with their own rooms", so they have "gender balanced". Those men must state/declare on their booking forms who they are gender balancing with. There are no retrospective options.

Two groups can book together and share out the gender, i.e. 6 female in one lodge can match 6 males in the other lodge.

Please request the Gender Balance Statement and sign in agreement. This allows you then to book "under gender balanced lodges" and matching must be completed by 15/8/2023, before final balances are paid.

CAR PARKING 

You will be required in September 2023 to register every car for yourself and if more people, for every person within your booking.

We will email the car registration form.

Car Reg + Make of Car + Model of Car

If completed in September 2023, Registration Free. However £10 per car from October 2023, will be charged  and £15 per car in November 2023.

Please note access to the Complex is via Car Recognition cameras.

No registration - no entry.

All bookings made after 19/8/23, full payment is due on Invoice.

There are a few options to pay and will be in our Invoice letter to you, please click on PAYMENT section below in box menu to see which option suits you and then on option below click your choice.

INSURANCE- GET COVERED

Why not get holiday insurance to cover you in case you are unable to attend this event or otherwise this confirms you accept in full the MJRoc T & C's.

If you cancel and you have no insurance, you loose your money paid. Please do not blame "MJRoc" if you decided not to get holiday cover. Get piece of mind, soon as booked, get insured.

Bookings are not transferrable. Please discuss this MJRoc.

Admin fees are set out on your Invoice for different payments cash, bank transfer, cheques & pay pal.
