Please be open to volunteering in as many of the labs that match your background, because not all labs will be run.

make artificial skin (working with liquid nitrogen)

using Alice software to create cartoons or video games (Widener Computer Sciences professor will be in the lab with you)

looking at how muscles work (Widener BME professor will be in the lab with you)

designing housing developments
Lie Detectors:
building electric circuits and using them to "detect" lies based on sweaty palms
Beakman Motor: building a simple electric motor (Widener EE professor will be in the lab with you)
Programming Robots:
programming a robotic car to travel through a maze using Lego Mindstorms software
Red Blood Cell Measurements:
measuring the percentage of the oxygen-carrying cells present in blood (Widener BME professor will be in the lab with you)
Robotic Feeder:
using a robot arm to feed a baby (Widener Robotics professor will be in the lab with you)
Music Magic:
build a simple electronic device that produces musical tones (Widener EE professor will be in the lab with you)
3D Printing:
3D print plastic parts (Widener ME professor will be in the lab with you)

build and test filters to clean dirty water
