AAC Reserved Sites:

There is a strict AAC "Rally Fee" cancellation policy. (Cancellation within 30 days of the Rally will result in forfeiture of the "Rally Fee".)

GENERAL REFUND POLICY: (AAC Policy – 3/17/2020, Pg. 2-3)

REGISTERED ATTENDEES; PRE-RALLY CANCELLATION: Members who cancel after being Registered will forfeit Non-Refundable Fees such as Reservation Fees, processing fees, non-refundable site cancellation fees, non-refundable pre-paid excursion, tour, entertainment and event fees. Every attempt will be made to return “Refundable” pre-paid expenses if and when the Club is able to recover those funds.

Site fees are subject to the cancellation policy of the [rally venue].

Our rallies require significant advance planning for camping venues, events/excursions, advance food purchases and preparation. Any cancellations within 30 days of the Rally start date will forfeit those pre-paid rally fees and depending on the venue, potentially RV site fees.

If the timeliness of cancellation of your attendance does not allow the Host(s) to find replacement attendees or obtain refunds for any of the RV site fees and various tours/excursions, a refund cannot be made, and forfeiture of those costs will be incurred by the cancelling member.

WEATHER RELATED DELAYS OR CANCELLATION: If the Rally is cancelled due to weather conditions, or if members cannot attend or are delayed due to weather conditions, THERE WILL BE NO FULL OR PARTIAL REFUNDS OF THE RALLY FEE.

Verde Canyon Railroad cancellation policy is:

A full refund is given if cancelled for any reason 48 hours prior to your ride.
Cancellations outside this policy and no-shows are not refunded.

BLAZIN M RANCH CANCELLATION POLICY

Our contract with Blazin M Ranch requires that if you cancel your attendance at this Rally within 60 days of September 15th (in other words, if you cancel after July 15, 2023), and we are not able to find a replacement for your attendance, you will forfeit the Blazin M Ranch $56.95/adult ($34.30/child) portion of the Rally Fee.

Attendee Personal Reservations Made:

There is a strict AAC "Rally Fee" cancellation policy. (Cancellation within 30 days of the Rally will result in forfeiture of the "Rally Fee".)

For this Event, if you decide to cancel your Attendance please cancel by notifying the RV Campground, then notify Arizona Airstream Club of your cancellation so that we know not to expect you.

Cancelling with AAC does not cancel your RV Campground Reservation and you will be subject to their billing and cancellation policies.
