I have filled out and submitted an application for membership in the Long Beach Yacht Club.

I have read, understood, and will follow all the LBYC CLUB RULES. I have read, understood, and will follow all the LBYC swimming pool RULES. [Swimming pool rules are found in (but not limited to) Sections of the LBYC CLUB RULES

My children have read (or had rules read to them), understand, and will follow all the LBYC rules that pertain to children, such as POOL RULES.
