    1. Kindly take note that the aforementioned timeframe is approximate and subject to change. Any updates can be referrred from Swinburne Sarawak website and your Swinburne email. 

    2. The exact date, time and venue for Parchment Collection will be announced later.

    3. For those who requested for Mail Out, the tracking number will be emailed to you once done.

  • Note 1: Names may not be deleted - e.g. a middle name - if they are part of your correct legal name.

    Note 2: Once your award has been presented / conferred, you will be unable to change the name on the certificate at a later date.

    Notes:

    1. Deferral notification must be made at least one (1) month prior to your nominated ceremony / award date. Fail to do so, a penalty fee amounting RM100.00 will be imposed.

    2. You can only defer your graduation once; unless for exceptional grounds which beyond your control i.e. University's decision, natural disaster and other equivalent reasons. 

    3. The paid graduation fees will be brought forward. Any outstanding fee or penalty must be settled at least one (1) month prior to the ceremony.

    4. If you opt for Melbourne ceremony, click HERE for more info. However, you still need to apply via Sarawak application form. Related payment and regalia booking can only be done upon receiving the email invitation & confirmation from Melbourne. Click HERE for the guideline. 

  • GRADUATE IN ABSENTIA (Not attending any Graduation Ceremony)

  • REFUNDS

    A refund will be made if the Graduation Section is notified in writing one month prior to your nominated ceremony / award date. Please note a cancellation fee of RM100 will be deducted and refunds will be processed after the ceremony / award date.

  • WITHDRAWAL OF APPLICATION TO GRADUATE

  • Notice of withdrawal must be received at least one (1) month prior to award / ceremony date. You will be made ineligible and any refund will be processed after the ceremony / award date.

  • ATTEND A GRADUATION CEREMONY

  • ** 2023/2024 Ceremonies are Tentative and Subject to Change

    Notes:

    1. The Graduation Section must be notified one month prior to the Graduation Ceremony. Please note a penalty fee of RM100 will be imposed if you informed within one week before ceremony. If there is no place available at the ceremony, your payment will be refunded.
