Following are the LBYC Membership Levels and Dues NOT inclusive of any authorized assessments. Currently the club has a $15 per month capital improvements assessment

REGULAR MEMBERSHIP $720.00 annually -Must be at least twenty-one years of age A regular membership is entitled to: -Vote in any voting situation -Serve as any committee chairman -Hold an elected position MILITARY MEMBERSHIP $540.00 annually -Active members of the U.S. Armed Forces or the U.S. Coast Guard -Not eligible to serve in an elected position -Not eligible to vote in any voting situation -Exceptions to this subsection (Military Membership) may be granted by the Board of Governors. JUNIOR MEMBERSHIP $35.00 annually (Not subject to club assessments) -Must not have reached the age of twenty-one or has not reached the age of twenty-three and is enrolled as a full-time student. -One of the three endorsers of such application may be a dependent child of a member. -Application must have the signature of a parent or legal guardian of the applicant. -Posting of said application on a conspicuous bulletin board shall be for no less than ten (10) consecutive days. -Not eligible to vote in any voting situation. -Not eligible to serve as chairperson of any committee. -Not eligible to serve in an elected position.
REINSTATEMENT OF A PAST MEMBER
-Proposals for reinstatement of a past member will follow the same requirements of that of a regular member. -Reinstatements of a past member who has been inactive for less than one year require that member to pay any past dues, fees, assessments, and bonds for the period the member was inactive. -Reinstatements of a past member who has been inactive for more than one year must satisfy the same requirements of a proposed regular member, except for those provisions identified in Article IX of the by-laws.
AUTOMATIC RENEWAL
Membership automatically renews each year for a full year with the December billing. Membership renewal can be cancelled if the club is notified in writing by February 15th of the new year. Annual Dues may be paid in one of two ways:

1. Pay dues and 12 month's assessments in full by February 15

2. Elect the payment plan with 1/12th of the annual dues plus any assessment paid monthly
