Following are the LBYC Membership Levels and Dues NOT inclusive of any authorized assessments. Current assessments are $10/month for the new pool and enhancements.

REGULAR MEMBERSHIP $720.00 year OR $60.00/month -Must be at least twenty-one years of age and reside in the Mississippi Counties of Harrison, Hancock, Jackson, George, Stone, or Pearl River.

A regular membership is entitled to:

-Vote in any voting situation

-Serve as any committee chairman

-Hold an elected position

NON-RESIDENT MEMBERSHIP $360.00 year OR $30.00/month -Must not have a residence in the Mississippi Counties of Harrison, Hancock, Jackson, George, Stone, or Pearl River.

-Not eligible to vote in any voting situation.

-Not eligible to serve as any committee chairman.

-Not eligible to serve in an elected position. Non-resident members who establish a residence in a county identified above shall be required to convert their membership toa Regular or Military membership and shall pay the sum equal to the prorated dues for the remainder of the calendar year. For purposes of this paragraph, the prorated dues shall be calculated beginning the 1st day of the month following the month in which the member relocates.

INTERMEDIATE MEMBERSHIP $360.00 year OR $30.00/month

-Must be at least twenty-one years of age and not more than thirty-three years of age.

-Not eligible to serve in a Flag Officer position.

-Upon attaining the age of thirty-four, such member shall revert to a Regular member.

MILITARY MEMBERSHIP $540.00 year OR $45.00/month

-Active members of the U.S. Armed Forces or the U. S. Coast Guard

-Not eligible to serve in an elected position

-Not eligible to vote in any voting situation

-Exceptions to this subsection (Military Membership) may be granted by the Board of Governors.

JUNIOR MEMBERSHIP $35.00 year (Not subject to club assessments)

-Must not have reached the age of twenty-one or has not reached the age of twenty-three and is enrolled as a full-time student.

-One of the three endorsers of such application may be a dependent child of a member.

-Application must have the signature of a parent or legal guardian of the applicant.

-Posting of said application on a conspicuous bulletin board shall be for no less than ten (10) consecutive days.

-Not eligible to vote in any voting situation.

-Not eligible to serve as chairman of any committee.

-Not eligible to serve in an elected position.
-Proposals for reinstatement of a past member will follow the same requirements of that of a regular member. -Reinstatements of a past member who has been inactive for less than one year require that member to pay any past dues, fees, assessments and bonds for the time period he was inactive. -Reinstatements of a past member who has been inactive for more than one year must satisfy the same requirements of a proposed regular member, except for those provisions identified in Article IX of the by-laws. Dues may be paid in one of two ways: 2. Elect the payment plan with 1/12th of the annual dues plus any assessment paid monthly 1. Pay dues in full by February 15.
