Each field of knowledge is made up of three core competencies, and a number of key skills. In order to be accredited as an RSP-Soil Management you need to demonstrate that you are 'satisfactory' in 100% of the key skills.
For each field of these fields of knowledge, using evidence and example from your study, training and workforce experience, you must demonstrate to the assessors that you have the key skills outlined in the RSP-Soil Management Standards, and that you meet the minimum requirements for these key skills.
1) Upload an example document (e.g. report, farm plan, nutrient management plan) to which you have contributed.
2) In approximtely 200 words, describe how you meet each of the key skills. You must clearly demonstrate your experience and expertise for each of them. In your answers refer to the uploaded example document, your studies (e.g. field work), as well as your work force experience.
Where you refer to your document(s), ensure you write the name of the document and the page number.
3) Give specific examples. The assessors want to see evidence that you have experience and knowledge in the RSP-Soil Management standards.
4) Ensure that you have an example for each of the key skills
Your 200 word answers are typed on the following pages. There is space for you to address each key skill. If you wish to include figures etc, please upload a document below and refer to this in your answer. This document is in addition to your work example.
Answer these questions clearly and conscisely. Format is not important - you can use dot points, or write in paragraph form. You are not being assessed on how well you write, however, you must clearly convey your skills and experience.
