Frankly Tattoo Request Form for July in LA
Hi there! Thank you for your interest in getting a tattoo from me. Please fill out this form to request an appointment! FILLING OUT THIS FORM DOES NOT GUARANTEE AN APPOINTMENT! Once I review this form and decide to take on the project, I'll send you an email with a link to schedule your appointment and pay your deposit. A $100 deposit is required for every appointment and it goes towards the final cost of your tattoo. I have a $200 minimum for all designs (in case it's really tiny) and a $250 minimum on custom designs (this includes any revision within reason). I do not have an hourly rate, but charge based on design. I tattoo very fast and most of my handpoke designs take from 1 - 3 hrs. The average cost for a palm sized tattoo is about $350, depending on complexity. I am currently booking wed-sunday at my private studio in the Lincoln heights neighborhood of Los Angeles. Changes to that or guest spots will be posted to my Instagram. Flash designs are also listed on Instagram. Are you interested in flash or custom? A "flash design" is something I have already designed. They are listed in my Instagram Highlights if you'd like to check them out! The pricing varies based on design and size. I will typically repeat a flash design once or twice and am always open to a variation on a previous design. A "Custom design" is anything I design for you, based on images or ideas you send me. I will never repeat your custom design and it will be uniquely yours. * There is a $250 minimum on custom designs
