Our waitlist is a three part process. The first step in getting your forever friend starts here :)! Once you have Completed this application you will be contacted and added to a waitlist of your choosing. This first section asks a series of questions that will help you determine if you are interested in continuing to fill out the application so that we do not waste your time. Thank you!

Poodles require regular grooming practices.

I agree and understand that my canine should be getting fully groomed every 6-8 weeks minimum.
I understand that to properly maintain a healthy coat I will be required to brush the canine regularly and properly.
Our reservation list is first come first serve. The order our reservation fees are received is what determines where you fall on our pick list.

I understand that I will not get to choose my puppy before it reaches 6 weeks of age.
I understand that I may not be first in order, therefore I am not guaranteed color or gender.
I understand that should the puppy color or gender I prefer not be available I have the option to be moved to the next available litter.
After this application is complete, you will be prompted to pay a $50 application fee. This fee is non-refundable under any circumstances. (This fee will be added to the overall price of the puppy at time of pickup)

Peachtree Poodles will contact you when pregnancy has been confirmed.
We will notify you when puppies are born.
We will notify you of important dates such as 4 weeks when you are able to place a deposit.
You will be contacted when the puppies reach 4 weeks of age and we will discuss in further detail preference of sex and color. At this time we will begin accepting DEPOSITS ( the deposit will reserve your puppy)

Our puppy deposit is $200. This deposit is non refundable. (This amount will be applied to the overall cost of the puppy at time of pickup)

After we receive your puppy deposit, we will schedule an appointment with you. Where you will pick out your new furry family member. We do not allow picks before 6 weeks of age. Puppies will not leave our facility until they are at least 8 weeks of age.

Fees and payments

I understand that the application fee($50.) and the reservation fee($200.) are to be applied to the total cost of my puppy. These are not additional fees.
I understand that the remaining total is due on or before the day of pickup. Puppies will not leave our custody until paid in full.
I understand that personal checks will not be accepted as payment. We offer financing. We also accept credit card payments through Square(there is a 2.9% credit card fee) Our preferred method of payment is cash.
Our puppies are sold as family pets. MUST CHECK ALL OPTIONS.

I understand that there is no guarantee that my canine will become a therapy dog, service dog or ESA.
I understand that there is no guarantee that my canine will be of show quality.
I understand that there is no guarantee that my canine will be suited for sports or hunting.
Our pricing depends on may factors. Such as registration type, who the parents of the puppies are, or if you have selected to have your puppy professionally trained before pick up.
professional Training is an additional 3,000.

We have a Spay/Neuter contract. Meaning that you agree to have your canine sterilized at the appropriate age under veterinary guidance. (Unless previously discussed) Must check all appropriate boxes*

I understand that getting our pets Spayed/Neutered is being a responsible pet owner
I understand that by getting my canine Spayed/Neutered at the appropriate age I will be benefiting their health long term. By preventing uterine infections by having prolonged heat cycles. And avoiding testicular cancer in elderly canines.
I would prefer to discuss this in further detail with the Breeder.
Peachtree Poodles (the breeder) holds the right to refuse any application should the applicant not meet proper requirements.
