KHHHKJ Rules And Regulations for Resignations

a) Resignations Submissions must be signed. (Will create a JotForm for this.)
b) Resignations must be submitted 2 weeks prior to commencement date with O/S dues fully paid. (As per Undang-Undang KHHHKJ)
c) There must be 2 months' notice for resignations. Back dating is only permitted on AJK's approval.
d) Deposits will be used as Sub for the 2 months
e) All resignations must be approved by AJK.
d) If the scheduled run is within 3 months, then it will be rescheduled to within the next 2 months.
