Before we continue to your request please know that our business policies are as follows.
We would like to reserve the right to add completed projects to our portfolio and social media pages for marketing purposes. If there is a privacy issue involved please indicate at the end of the form.
Cancellations can be done at any time before complete project. Please keep in mind that any payment made may only be refundable based on how much work was done on our end. Refunds will be offered at a portion of what was paid, if the project was not completed, though started.
Though all designs created by our business are custom-created for each business or individual, the designs rights ONLY become yours AFTER the final payment has been made.
Design will not begin without a completely filled out request form and a 60% downpayment.
Payments are to be made through the bank or drop offs. If it has to be collected by designer a $35.00 collection fee will be included.
Final payments are due within 14 to 30days after the final design is confirmed.
If final payment was never made ontime and the designer wasn't contacted, the design will be listed as abandoned, therefore that design may be changed to a vacant template and the client has no right to use or duplicate the design. If client desires to get the design for use after the design becomes vacant, they are required to pay the final payment + 25% of the actual design cost.
Small revisions can be made after the initial mockup (three request for changes can be made). If more than 3 revisions are requested, an additional fee will be applied.
A 60% downpayment must be paid before any item is placed into production.
