I DO NOT TATTOO ANYONE UNDER THE AGE OF 18 . You will be asked to present photographic government issued ID .

This is a booking request form, I will contact you via email you have provided to confirm your appointment. If you do not receive a confirmation You do not have a appointment .

ALL BOOKINGS REQUIRE A NON REFUNDABLE BOOKING FEE . BOOKING FEES CAN BE PAYED VIA BANK TRANSFER, PAYPAL, ONLINE CARD PAYMENT OR IN PERSON WITH CASH .

BOOKING FEES may be transferred to a rearranged appointment provided I have 72 hours notice. Only 2 rearrangements allowed .

Booking fees always comes off the total amount.

If you are more than 30 minutes late your booking fee will be forfeit.

All designs are drawn by me . Your designs will be ready to view on the day .

The studio is a very safe place , we aim to provide a safe place for customers and artists as such we will not tolerate racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, ableism, ageism or religious persecution whether it is verbal or written and we do not tolerate intimidation or violence of any kind .

Artist have all health and safety training, DBS checks , first aid trained.
