Thank you for considering making the Belmont Summer Piano Invitational a part of your summer schedule! This application (and non-refundable $50 application fee) must be completed by the camp particiant's legal parent/guardian and must be submitted prior to final registration.

The deadline for application to the Piano Invitational is April 13, 2026; applicants will be notified before May 15 of their application status. Applications will be processed on a rolling basis, and those who submit earlier may be notified earlier. The application form will remain open after April 13, but submissions after that date are not guaranteed consideration.

Applicants will be notified of acceptance via e-mail, and final registration/payment information will be provided. Accepted applicants will be sent a link of the registration form. Please ensure that you have the applicant's medical and insurance card available to complete the final registration form.

Resident or Commuter Camper?
These paragraphs explain the differences between a Resident Camper and a Commuter Camper. The next question will ask which you will be at camp.

Resident Camper: $850.00 (All Meals/Dorm Accommodations)

By selecting this option, a student will be referred to as a “resident camper.” Dorm accommodations are provided for resident campers only. Resident campers will be housed in Belmont University dormitories. Roommates will be assigned randomly by gender unless roommate requests are indicated on the registration form. While in the dormitories, participants will be under the careful supervision of the camp staff, and security will be a priority.

All daily meals are included and will be served on campus. Accommodations for food allergies are available.

Commuter Camper: $650.00 (Daily Lunches/No Dorm Accommodations)

By selecting this option, a student will be referred to as a "commuter camper" and will have a strict sign-in and sign-out policy monitored by camp staff. Commuter students may be dropped off at 8:00am and picked up at 4:30pm

Daily lunches are included and will be served on campus. Accommodations for food allergies are available.

Application Video
Applicants must submit a video audition for consideration by Belmont Piano Faculty. Please submit an entire selection. You may choose a single movement from a larger work. The video should be framed so that your posture and hand position can be clearly viewed in relation to the keyboard. A side view from approximately shoulder hieght is preferred.

The director will contact the applicant and parent by email with notification of acceptance and additional information. If the camp has reached capacity, participants will be placed on a wait list. In the event that an application is not accepted due to capacity, the fee will be refunded. You will have the opportunity to pay camp tuition through a separate registration form in your acceptance e-mail.
