This form must be completed by the camp participant's parent/legal guardian. Deadline for application to the Piano Invitational is May 5, 2025; applicants will be notified before May 15 of their application status. Applications will be processed on a rolling basis, and those who submit earlier may be notified earlier. The application form will remain open after May 5, but submissions after that date are not guaranteed consideration.

Accepted applicants will be sent a link to the registration form. Please ensure that you have the applicant's medical information and insurance card available to complete the registration form.

Applicants must submit a video audition for consideration by Belmont Piano Faculty. Please submit an entire selection. You may choose a single movement from a larger work. The video should be framed so that your posture and hand position can be clearly viewed in relation to the keyboard. A side view from approximately shoulder hieght is preferred.
