Food vendors shall provide a certificate of insurance indicating that they have the following insurance in force during the Event:
· Comprehensive General Liability, including contractual liability, liquor liability (if serving/selling alcohol), advertising injury, participant liability, property damage, personal injury (including death), premises damage liability, products liability and completed operations liability – $5,000,000 per occurrence limit for bodily injury and property damage.
· Workers Compensation – Statutory limits covering injuries to Sponsor’s employees, agents and hirees.
· Employers Liability – $1,000,000 limit (included on workers compensation policy)
· Property Insurance – covering the value of Sponsor’s owned/leased equipment, inventory, and merchandise.
· If Sponsor requires or involves the use of an automobile, Sponsor will carry commercial auto insurance with a limit not less than $1,000,000 each accident covering owned, scheduled, leased, hired or other autos.
· Liquor Liability Insurance (as applicable) – please provide liquor liability if selling alcohol. If serving alcohol only, please provide host liquor liabiltiy. Limit – $2,000,000.
Other Requirements:
Additional Insured: Each certificate shall indicate that Cox Radio, LLC, its affiliates, successors, assigns and each of their respective officers, directors, agents, and employees are “additional insureds” on the Sponsor’s general liability, and auto liability insurance.
Waiver of Subrogation: All policies listed on the certificate shall contain a provision that the insurance carrier waives its rights of subrogation with respect to Cox Radio, LLC, its affiliates, successors, assigns and each of their respective officers, directors, agents, and employees.
Primary Insurance: The certificate of insurance shall indicate that Sponsor’s insurance is primary and any insurance maintained by any additional insureds shall be non-contributing with Sponsor’s insurance as respects claims or liability arising out of or resulting from the acts or omissions of the Sponsor, or of others performed on behalf of the Sponsor.
Delivery of Certificates: Certificates shall be provided to Cox at least thirty (30) days prior to any event.
Nothing contained in these insurance requirements is to be construed as limiting the type, quality or quantity of insurance Sponsor should maintain, or the extent of Sponsor’s responsibility or liability for payment of damages resulting from its operations.
