- For upscale, luxury, cash-for-keys packages, or credit profiles that include a score, we do not provide any warranties on how long the score will remain on the credit profile after the initial 30-day period. Therefore, it’s essential to seek approval immediately upon receipt.

- By using our services, you agree to take full responsibility for the profile. We only guarantee 100% approval for housing or apartment applications when we handle the application process. The use of the credit profile after it is sent to you is at your own discretion.

- Clients are responsible for covering all application and move-in fees required by property management.
