Thank you for your interest in the Callingwood Farmers’ Market! This year, the market runs on Sundays from May 7-October 8 (10am-3pm) and on Wednesdays from May 3-October 4 (12-4pm). Please note that the Market Manager will contact you directly once your application has been approved.

RATES FOR VENDORS WHO PAY FOR THE SEASON UPFRONT:

SUNDAY - 8' stall in covered courtyard	$1,080.00 +gst
SUNDAY - 10' stall in uncovered parking lot	$1,080.00 +gst
WEDNESDAY - 8' stall in covered courtyard	$633.60 +gst

*Payment due before May 1, 2023.

RATES FOR VENDORS WHO PAY MONTHLY:

SUNDAY - 8' stall in covered courtyard	$45 / stall / market +gst
SUNDAY - 10' stall in uncovered parking lot	$45 / stall / market +gst
WEDNESDAY - 8' stall in covered courtyard	$28.80 / stall / market +gst

*Must commit to a minimum of 2 markets/month. Payment due before the end of the previous month.

RATES FOR VENDORS WHO PAY WEEKLY:

SUNDAY - 8' stall in covered courtyard	$50 / stall / market +gst
SUNDAY - 10' stall in uncovered parking lot	$50 / stall / market +gst
WEDNESDAY - 8' stall in covered courtyard	$32 / stall / market +gst

*Payment due seven days before the scheduled market.

DOCUMENT UPLOADS
REQUIRED BY ALL VENDORS:

All vendors are required to carry and submit a copy of their own liability insurance (minimum $1 Million CGL). Vendors are not covered under the Callingwood Farmers’ Market group policy. Vendors may go through their own provider or become a member of the Alberta Farmers' Market Association and get a special rate with Western Financial Group. Vendors taking part in a limited number of markets may wish to consider Duuo Insurance as they offer daily rates.

REQUIRED BY ALL FOOD VENDORS:

All food vendors are required to successfully complete an approved food safety course. Proper certification must be made visible while operating in the market. Find a list of Alberta's approved food safety courses here.

All vendors selling alcohol must obtain and have a copy of their liquor license with them at all times. Anyone working in the booth must be able to provide evidence of Pro Serve certification.

FARMERS' MARKET REGULATIONS
All vendors are required to read the following Callingwood Farmers' Market Regulations, and sign below to indicate the understanding, acceptance and agreement to cooperate with these regulations. Failure to comply may result in the forfeiture of a vendor's participation in the Farmers’ Market.
