  • This Agreement is made effective as of    Pick a Date*  between Katherine Gettys,  , with an address of 1031 Walton Way Greensboro, GA 30642 (referred to as "Coach") and
    **, with an address of *  * * *  (referred to as "Student"). 

  • 1. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES. 

    Beginning on   Pick a Date   the Coach will provide the following services (collectively, the "Services"):

    • Twelve 60 minute coaching calls (once/week for 3 months) over Zoom
      These 12 calls must be used within the start and end date of this contract, or they will expire. The Student is responsible for scheduling 1:1 sessions through Calendly with notice of 24+ hours and calls are expected to generally occur once per week throughout the 3 month period.
    • 3 Months of WhatsApp Access
      WhatsApp access begins immediately after registration and expires 3 months after start date. The Coach will reply to messages within 24 business hours Monday-Friday between 9am and 6pm EST.
    • Call Notes + Recordings
      The Coach will take notes during coaching call and will share via Google Docs. The Coach will upload call recording as an unlisted YouTube video and add recording link to Call Notes Document.
    • Lifetime access to the Online Teacher Accelerator Course Portal (8 video modules + workbooks + tech tutorials vault + growth strategies module)
    • Lifetime access to the Online Teacher to CEO Course Portal (5 video modules + workbooks)

  • 2. CANCELATION & REFUND POLICY

    There are no returns, exchanges, or refunds for this coaching package.

    If, for any reason, the Student must reschedule a coaching call, they must provide 48 hours notice prior to their call, and they must sign up for a new call time within 48 hours of the missed call using the provided Calendly link. If the Student does not provide 48 hours of notice, their call will expire and will not be eligible for rescheduling.

    Emergency cancellations are subject to Coach’s discretion for rescheduling. Coach reserves the right to charge the Student for any scheduled sessions that are missed or canceled within 48 hours.

  • 3. PAYMENT

    Student will be responsible for full payment of the 3 Month 1:1 Coaching Program of either (select one):

  • 4. COACH-CLIENT RELATIONSHIP

    The Coach and Student will both conduct relationships in a professional, appropriate, and respectful manner.

    The Student agrees to communicate honestly, be open to feedback and suggestions, and to fully engage and devote oneself to the coaching process.

    The Student is solely responsible for implementing the techniques discovered through coaching.

  • 5. LIMITED LIABILITY

    The Coach makes no guarantees, representations, or warranties of any kind or nature, expressed or implied with respect to the coaching services negotiated, agreed upon and rendered. In no event shall the Coach be liable to the Student for any indirect, consequential, or special damages.

    The Student agrees that the Coach is not liable or responsible for any actions or inactions, or for any direct or indirect result of any services provided by the Coach.

  • 6. CONFIDENTIALITY

    The Coach agrees not to disclose any information pertaining to the Client without the Client’s written consent. BE ADVISED: the Coach-Client or Student relationship is not a relationship protected by legal confidentiality (like doctor-patient or attorney-client). As such, the Coach could be required to divulge otherwise confidential information to authorities.

    The Student agrees to permit access to recorded coaching calls to team members of Katie Gettys Coaching for educational or marketing development purposes.

    The Student agrees not to share or disclose any course materials or teachings, including their login information to the Online Teacher Accelerator or Online Teacher to CEO Course Portals, with outside parties. This includes the recorded coaching sessions between the Coach and Student.

  • 7. GENERAL

    Neither party shall be liable to the other party for any breach by the other of any of the terms and conditions herein occasioned by any act of God, war, revolution, riot, civil disturbance, strike, lock-out. flood, fire or other cause not reasonably within the control of any such party.

  • 8. TERM/TERMINATION
    This Agreement shall terminate automatically 3 months following the start date of this contract.

  • 9. LEGAL ADVICE

    The Student acknowledges that The Coach is not a legal or tax professional in any way and any information provided about legal or tax related matters is of personal experience and is in no way to be considered legal or professional advice. The Coach highly recommends that The Student meet with both a legal professional such as a lawyer, and an accountant for any tax advice.

  • 10. LEGAL AND BINDING AGREEMENT
    This Agreement is legal and binding between the Parties as stated above. This Agreement may be entered into and is legal and binding both in the United States and throughout Europe. The Parties each represent that they have the authority to enter into this Agreement.

    By signing this agreement, I hereby acknowledge that I agree and understand all the terms and conditions of this agreement.
