  • Article 47 of the AMAPCEO OPS Collective Agreement permits you to have more than one Alternative Work Arrangements at the same time.

    Select your ideal working arrangements to formulate your request and draft agreements, below.

     
  • Compressed Work Week

  • An example of a typical workday on a 1-week compressed schedule would be 9 am–6:49 pm (18:49)

  • An example of a typical workday on a 2-week compressed schedule would be 9 am–5:48 pm (17:48).

  • An example of a typical workday on a 3-week compressed schedule would be 9 am–5:31 pm (17:31).

  • An example of a typical workday on a 4-week compressed schedule would be 9 am–5:23 pm (17:23).

  • Your alternative work arrangement cannot be longer than 12 months.

    You can change or extend your alternative work arrangement in the future, if you and your manager agree. If you shorten or lengthen your agreement, you, your manager, and AMAPCEO must sign a new agreement.

  • Remote Work

  • The Employer’s current Return to OPS Workplace (pandemic) plan permit most employees to work remotely two days a week.

  • This remote work schedule is currently covered under the Return to OPS Workplace plan. When this plan ends, it will be pursuant to Article 47 of the AMAPCEO OPS Collective Agreement.

  • This remote work schedule is currently covered under the Return to OPS Workplace plan. When this plan ends, it will be pursuant to Article 47 of the AMAPCEO OPS Collective Agreement.

  • Two of these remote work days are currently covered under the Return to OPS Workplace plan, and one is pursuant to Article 47 of the AMAPCEO OPS Collective Agreement. When the Return to OPS Workplace plan ends, all three will be pursuant to Article 47 of the AMAPCEO OPS Collective Agreement.
