The Fine Print
- Marmalade Lounge requires a bar sales guarantee of $200 per hour of event time on Sundays-Thursdays. Fridays and Saturdays are variable based on time of day. In the event that bar sales do not meet the minimum requirement, the Lessee owes the difference between total bar sales and the bar minimum guarantee. The Lessee has the option of payment terms, such as: Lessee pays full bill, guests pay for their own drinks, or Lessee covers first drink; however, the Lessee is responsible for any balance due at end of night.
- A $100 deposit is due upon booking Marmalade Lounge. This will be applied to your final payment at the conclusion of the event.
- The full balance is due upon conclusion of the event. This includes total bar sales or bar minimum (whichever is greater), and gratuity, minus $100 deposit.
- Lessee may cancel event up to 7 days in advance for a full refund of deposit. Cancellations with less than 1 week's notice will forfeit the deposit, and, if specialty ingredients were ordered per Lessee's request, cost of specialty ingredients will be the responsibility of Lessee.
- Lessee is liable for any damage or theft of Marmalade Lounge items, furnishings, or property caused by Lessee or attendees.
- Lessee is responsible for removing any outside items brought in to Marmalade Lounge at the conclusion of the event, including rentals, food, and decor.
*Marmalade Lounge has seating for 30 guests with 7 cafe tables and the bar. In addition, we have 10 extra folding chairs, (1) 6' folding table and (1) 4' folding table.
