• South of Broadway Theatre Camp Registration

  • Fill out the form carefully for registration! Your child's spot will not be confirmed until payment is submitted.

    There are three forms of payment:

      • NOTE: There are online processing fees. To avoid the charge, refer to the other two options of payment
      • Ensure you pay for BOTH registration fee AND summer camp tuition, both available on the website. Set the quantity of "tickets" to two, and select one of the ticket types on the next page to be the registration fee. 
      • Each performance date is the first day to a summer camp week. Selecting one date means purchasing one week. 
      • If submitting multiple registrations for siblings, email hello@southofbroadway.com for the sibling discount code instructions BEFORE making ANY PURCHASES.
    2. Cash (must pay sum of tuition AND registration fee)
      • You must come to the venue to pay for tuition and registration before the week your child attends camp or else your child's spot will not be confirmed. Please email hello@southofbroadway.com to set up a time to drop the cash by the box office. 
    3. Zelle (to mary@southofbroadway.com; must pay sum of tuition AND registration fee)
      • Your child's spot will be confirmed when payment is received.  

    Cost of tuition is $220 and cost of registration fee is $20.

    ***NOTE***: There is a no refund policy for our camps. Switching dates after payment is still allowed if a conflict arises, however all payments are final.

    Attend every class or submit WRITTEN notice of absence
    -> Be on time and READY to work, wearing proper clothing and shoes 
    ->
     Bring appropriate rehearsal materials: music, scripts, rehearsal tape, etc 
    ->
     You are RESPONSIBLE for LEARNING and PRACTICING your part 
    -> 
    Adhere happily to all rules and regulations

    EXPECTATIONS: All students are expected to be respectful of each other and their instructors. That means being quiet, attentive, and following directions to the best of their ability. 

    RULES: All rules must be strictly followed by students and parents or dismissal will result. 

    I AGREE TO ASSUME ALL RESPONSIBILITIES FOR GETTING MY CHILD TO AND FROM CAMP AND PERFORMANCES ON TIME. I UNDERSTAND THAT I MAY REQUEST TO MEET WITH ANY TEACHER IF I HAVE QUESTIONS. 

    I HEREBY RELEASE SOUTH OF BROADWAY THEATRE COMPANY FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES, LOSSES, OR INJURIES THAT I OR MY CHILD MAY SUSTAIN WHILE PARTICIPATING IN ANY ACTIVITIES RELATED TO THE PROGRAM.

  • Here are some simple rules which will help all of us get the most out of the program:

    -> I will leave my grumpiness and bad attitude at the door.  
    ->
     I will listen to and follow directions, or ask questions if I do not understand
    ->
     I will save any questions and comments until the end of camp each day
    ->
     I will always be prepared with my music and script assignments, bring a pencil, and wear appropriate rehearsal attire
    ->
    I will show respect to others as I expect to be respected 
    ->
    I will be quiet backstage and at rehearsals
    ->
    I will pickup all trash and help to clean after each rehearsal/performance
    ->
    I will promptly return any materials I borrow from SOBTC studios (costumes, props, music, etc.)
    ->
    I understand that two weeks prior to any show ALL rehearsals are mandatory
    ->
    I will demonstrate attentive behavior at all times
    ->
    I will notify the Camp Staff prior to missing any days
    -> Failure to adhere to rules and regulations will result in dismissal from program without any refund after two official email warnings have been sent to parents.

    ***Friends and family are invited to attend the final Friday performance at the end of each camp week at 2pm***

    One week before camp starts, you will receive an email from the camp director with further details on camp activities.

  • Summer camp tuition is $220, and the registration fee is $20. 

    Tuition is $220 per child for ONE week. Registration fee is $20 per child regardless of how many weeks they attend. When purchasing classes, ensure that you buy BOTH tuition and registration!
