Free Use

• Usage of the space that is offered at no cost to attendees is free to the applicant
• Free events cannot be private
• This tier is approved to use one laptop, projector, and whiteboard at no extra charge
• Applicant will submit this form prior to use 
• Approval subject to availability 
• Up to 5 hours per class

Paid Use

• Usage where the applicant is charging a fee will donate 25% of the total collected fees to Phorge

Use Requirements 

• Applicant is a paying member of the makerspace
• Any damage to equipment or space will result in reimbursement to the makerspace
• It is mandatory that the space, and any equipment used, be cleaned after each use
• Liability waivers are required by anyone entering the space, and anyone under the age of 18 is required to have a parent or guardian sign the liability waiver on their behalf
• It is the responsibility of the applicant to ensure every attendee has a signed safety waiver
• Applicants and attendees are required to follow all rules in place at Phorge Makerspace, any violation will be a breach of this agreement
• Any equipment usage will require general safety training as well as specific safety for each piece of equipment. Applicants must pass all tests associated with each machine being used. This is required for anyone using the equipment in the space
• Only materials from the approved materials list are allowed for any equipment in the makerspace. Always ask for prior approval before using any uncertified material
• Any equipment must be available for use at midnight on the night of the booking. Any additional use will be subject to hourly rates associated with each machine
