The form is split into three sections: Personal Details, Health and Equal Opportunities.If you are unable to answer an essential question please write N/A in the box.
  • At the Farm our services are aimed at people who face disadvantage, people who feel marginalised, and people who face barriers to participating in services or accessing green spaces. We understand that barriers can be about identity, mental or physical health, disability, financial insecurity, and everything in between.

    Those that do not fulfil the above criteria are welcome to apply but will usually be invited to volunteer at our community events rather than our weekly wellbeing sessions.

  • If you mark Events then your data will be kept for two years after you last volunteered with us and you will occasionally hear from us, unless you request otherwise.

  • Health

    The questions on the following page are about your health. It is important that you answer these in as much detail as you can, this helps us to make your time as comfortable as possible whilst on the farm and ensure your safety.
  • Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974

    SWCF are required to take certain safeguards to protect vulnerable groups, and therefore must ask you for details of any unspent criminal convictions. Any information given will be treated in strict confidence and used only in connection with this application. A criminal record is not necessarily a barrier to volunteering. If you do have a criminal record, your suitability for a volunteering role will be assessed according to your record's relevance to the role. Dismissal from a voluntary post may result if it is discovered that previous convictions were not disclosed.
