Class Descriptions:

STRENGTH & MOBILITY: Group Fitness Class Stretching, mobility, mindfulness, and a spicy feel good full body HIIT circuit making you feel present, STRONG, and confident in YOU! Let’s go team! Exercises will be using own bodyweight and resistance bands.

YOGA FLOW: All levels Yoga Flow to feel centered & grounded as you connect breath with movement, letting your creativity flow. Each class will have a different theme.

Purchase "5 Class Pack" for $75.00 ($15 a class)  **Class packs are valid for any weekly outdoor movement classes on THIS FORM.  NOT valid for Popups or Special Events. Class packs are valid for the 2023 Eastern Prom Outdoor Season.

Cancellation Policy: You have until 24 hours before class start time to cancel and I am happy to move your signup to a future class.  Less than 24 hours notice will be a cancellation, no refund or credit.  

**If Move Wild needs to cancel class based on weather conditions, ect and you will be refunded or credited for a future class, your choice.

I hereby grant Move Wild Studio the irrevocable right and permission to use photographs and/or video recordings of me on Company websites, social media platforms, andin publications, promotional flyers, or for any other similar purpose without compensation to me.I understand and agree that such photographs and/or video recordings of me may be placed on the Internet. I also understand and agree that I may be identified by name and/or title in printed,Internet or broadcast information that might accompany the photographs and/or video recordings of me. I waive the right to approve the final product.
