This contract for dj services is hereby effective & binding on the last date that it is signed by one of the parties. The parties are hereby known as: Spinwizards Entertainment (Hereinafter referred to as "DISC JOCKEY") and Client(Hereinafter referred to as "CLIENT").

RETAINER AND PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS:

The Disc Jockey requires the full payment to be made by the day of the event. ALL MONIES ARE DUE BEFORE SETUP. NO EXCEPTIONS. CASH, MONEY ORDER, PAYPAL, CASHAPP or VISA/MASTERCARD are accepted for payment. THE DJ/ENTERTAINER CANNOT SETUP IF THE BALANCE HAS NOT BEEN PAID.

Additional hours are subject to a 75.00 fee per hr.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Failure to Perform

If the disc jockey cannot perform this agreement due to an act of God, or other cause beyond their control inclimate weather, snow, rain, flood, earthquake, hurricane etc.. then they shall return any deposits paid by the client before setup. All other rights expressly reserved.

Any modifications of this Agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties. This agreement is by default electronically signed by Kevin Mason of Spinwizards Entertainment.The laws of the state of which services are rendered shall govern this Agreement.

Music: Please note we do not play drill or any type of hate music of any kind at family functions, corporate events or weddings and all music played is clean from profanity as much as possible.

Insurance:

The Disc Jockey warrants and represents that it has at least 1,000,000 in liability insurance pending the venue requires the COI.

Cancellation

Any cancellation by client or performer (DJ) must be given in writing, electronic or written at least 14 days before event. If no notice is given deposits will not be refunded to the client.

Client Signature*

ALL MONIES ARE DUE AT SET-UP. DEPOSITS AGREED UPON ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
