AGE 8-16 (Group A: 8-11; Group B: 12-16 unless requested otherwise in this form)

Note: Age 7 permitted to sign up with older sibling/friend; or, if currently enrolled in a Creative Arts class

Please bring a peanut-free snack or lunch, and a bottle of water each day.
