Two layers of vanilla bean sponge cake soaked overnight in a special mixture of three kinds of milk that serves to hold together homemade lemon curd and chunky mangoes. The whole cake is then enrobed in vanilla chantilly cream and topped with more lemon curd and some dried edible flowers. A dainty cake that is fresh on the palate.

The whole thing is then covered in vanilla bean chantilly cream and topped with sliced almonds, a Biscoff-pecan sand, white chocolate salted caramel ganache, banana chips, and dried edible flowers and leaves to make one quirky looking garden.
