Video / Photography of Minors - Permission Request

Munster Tennis and their commercial partners on occasion may wish to capture photography and video footage of events featuring persons under the age of 18 who may be recognised as players / participants of events managed and operated by Tennis Ireland, Munster Tennis, their designated partners and their officials, staff and volunteers.

To ensure Munster Tennis adhere to all protocols and guidance with regards to Safeguarding, we kindly request all parents / guardians for the permission in capturing photography and video which we may use across our official recognised channels from time to time.

As of January 2023, the channels can include official websites, facebook accounts and instagram pages as detailed in this permission request form.

The Munster Tennis Hub is also the designated office and administration address of Munster Tennis.

To showcase the partnership, and promote the collective works of Tennis Ireland, Munster Tennis, Fota Island Resort and the officials, staff, volunteers and players of all parties, we request for footage to be captured and featured from time to time across several channels, including :
