    Note: Invoices are required monthly (on the last day of every month) and no longer at the end of the academic year.

    Late invoices will be paid in the next invoice period.

    Payment will be made within four weeks of receipt.

  • Description of Services:

    1. List dates of supervisory meetings, and names of each Post Graduate Researcher (PGR) that you met this month.  Please indicate if it is a 'split advisement', shared with another TT Faculty member. Note:You may invoice for a maximum of 5 meetings for split advisements and 10 meetings for solo advisements in total per academic year.

    2. PGR Progress update: i.e. completed ethics training, confirmation of route, submitted thesis draft, viva voce exam date, etc.
